MEANING OF 'HAZARD'
A hazard is any agent that can cause harm or damage to humans, property, or the environment
CAUSES OF HAZARDS IN THE TEACHING AND LEARNING OF SCIENCE
Accidents in the laboratory could be caused as the result of my carelessness or ignorance or that of my neighbour.
Some causes of hazards are:
- Wet floors
- Fire
- Explosion
- Chemicals
- Sharp objects
- Breakable objects
